도너츠오거

우리나라는 지형의 변화가 심하고 평탄한 땅이 적으며 하천이 많이 발달되어 있어서 지층의 변화가 심하다. 또한 연약한 지반과 사력층 밑에는 암반층이 있는 경우가 대부분이며 기초 지정공사가 어려운 대옥석층 및 사석층과 같은 지층도 존재한다. 도너츠 오거는 최근에 활발히 진행되고 있는 건물기초공사와 해안 매립과 더불어 교량기초공사의 공법을 수행할 수 있도록 설계되어있다.
도너츠오거는 상호 역쇠전 하는 내측 샤프트와 외측 케이싱의 구조물을 이용하여 지반을 굴진하는 이중역회전식의 기초공사용 전문천공기이다. 이중방식으로 천공하므로 수직도가 높은 시공이 가능하다. 또 내측 외측을 각각 회전시킬 수 있으므로 상호 반등 토크를 삭감시켜 베이스 머신과 리더에 과대한 토크를 주지 않는다. 또한 스위벨 기구를 내장하고 있으므로 몰탈 주입도 가능하다.

So, there are located in a vase rock layers under in soft layers and sand layers mostly. There also are position in hard rock layers and sand ＆ rock layers to proceeding of difficulty to starting process. This Doughnut Auger has designed to carrying of the bridge construction work and building fuondation work and the coast working in activity recently.
This auger is special auger for foundation work which is the method of dual reversing turning for using inner shaft and outer casing auger on reversing turning to digging in ground each othe. This dual method can be possible for exact verticality and also it does not supplying to basic machine and leader on over torque to reducing of both reaction torque for using turning of inner auger and outer auger at same time.
It can be supplying to mortal through of swivel input sets.
