분리형 오거 시스템 (싱글오거, 분리형오거)
상호 역(逆)회전하는 상부(내측) auger screw와 말뚝직경보다 50mm정도 큰 하부(외측) casing screw에 의한 독립된 2중 굴진식을 채택하여 지바을 굴진 함에 따라 서로의 반동(反動) torgue를 없애 굴착된 토사는 auger와 압축공기로 배토(背土)함으로서 토사나 암편을 육안으로 관찰하여 각지층확인 및 지지층 결정이 용이하고 말뚝 주변 지반의 응력이완을 방지함으로써 높은 지지력 확보가 가능하도록 설계된 장비이다.
This auger system is turning on reversing with upper(inner) auger screw and under(outer)auger by casing screw which is large in 50mm than upper auger on using for dependence dual drilling.
Using this system can be easilly cutting of the ground, this method takes out of reaction torque. Drilling slurries thke off by auger and pressured air compress. And then operator checks of earth and sand, rock by his seeing.
This auger system is designed machine for stong support in ground to protecting of moment's slackness on near pile's to check of earth organizations and to check of to easy on supported ground condition.
